- 9:15AM Meeting call to order – Jim Wringler Second the motion
- Thank you for the following:
- Dick, Merci, Jason, Alissa, Adam and Bailey for allow MPA to use space for meeting and community activities
- Tina for all the organization and sending emails regarding events
- Thanks to everyone who helped in setting up and cooking this morning we cannot do this without your help
- Welcome new MPA Family members: Connor Weber / Castelamare Family new owners of lot #9

- Paperwork for fire department filed
- Fire truck reported in good working condition
- Steve Gilbert voted in as Treasurer
- Jim Ringler announced to step down next year

- Board Member Election
- President – Randy nominated by Joe Gumbar, approved by community present
- Vice President – Joe Gumbar nominated by Randy Corral, approved by community present
- Treasurer – Steve Gilbert nominated by Randy Corral, approved by community present
- Secretary – Alissa Weber nominated by Dick Perry, approved by community present
- Fire Chief – James Kay, Kevin Ogurchak, Steve Weiboldt nominated, MPA community voted by ballot and Steve Weiboldt elected as new Fire Chief
- Financial Reporting by Steve Gilbert – Provided current balance and expenses
- Annual dues due $50/Lot: It is critical the community continues to support the fired department
- What happens if we do not have our MPA Fire Department?
- Property taxes increase more than $300
- Possibility of not being able to get insurance due to not having “near” fired department
